To earn a PG-13 rating from the Motion Picture Association of America, a film needs to scale back its violence and foul language. However, a PG-13 rating has some flexibility, in that a film has the opportunity to drop the F-bomb -- but only once. Fox's <em>X-Men</em> films have taken advantage of that technicality in several films, but <a href=""><em>Dark Phoenix</em></a> gave its one and only F-bomb to a surprising character: Scott Summers, aka Cyclops.
